The Jongenelen TRAY PLANT DOSER (pneumatic) is a line of customised machines to dispense fertilisers, biostimulants or biological control agents over trays. The machine distributes the products by means of air, allowing wider working widths and perfect distribution. The spreader is suitable for (micro)granules as well as fertilisers and other solid products (no powders and liquids).

Description

The Jongenelen TRAY PLANT DOSER (pneumatic) is a line of customised machines to dispense fertilisers, biostimulants or biological control agents over trays. The machine distributes the products by means of air, allowing wider working widths and perfect distribution. The spreader is suitable for (micro)granules as well as fertilisers and other solid products (no powders and liquids).

The machine can be equipped with a 'metering boom' to drive over a fixed central path as well as in the middle of a frame to drive over the crop. The machine is measured and produced individually for each customer.

Options:

  • interchangeable seeding shaft allowing quick change from fertiliser to microgranules
  • Extendable frame for fast working width changes
  • multiple tank volumes possible (from 120L to 500L)
