Description

The JONGENELEN TOPDRESSER XL is the most versatile TOPDRESS machine for putting fertiliser on pots. The machine can be used on the potting line and in other applications where pots/containers pass over a belt. Think of the cutting line or when cleaning and delivering pots.

The machine has the ability to dose up to 4 different fertilisers simultaneously on a pot. Of course, it is also possible to dose 1 or 2 fertilisers simultaneously. examples can be 2 different coated fertilisers (CRF) or, for example, CRF and an organic fertiliser/biostimulant.

The machine can be supplied as a 'stand alone' application which means that the spreading unit is suspended from a height-adjustable tripod/stand (as shown in the photos). The height- and width-adjustable sensor is also attached to this tripod. It requires an air connection and 220v for the sensor.
Options on the machine are:

• Stainless steel baffles in the tray to allow multiple fertiliser dosing at the same time
• Standard doser
• Small doser for lower doses
• CRF metering unit for extra capacity and precise fertiliser placement
• Level sensor in the bin with acoustic signal
• Drain system for extra fast fertiliser changes
